How much does parasol hire cost for an event in Lisbon?
Prices range from €35 to €70 per parasol per day, depending on size. All prices include delivery, setup and breakdown throughout the Greater Lisbon area.
Which areas of Lisbon do you deliver to?
We deliver across Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Oeiras, Setúbal, Almada, Loures, Amadora and surrounding areas — over 12 municipalities in the Greater Lisbon region.
Is setup and breakdown included in the price?
Yes. Our team handles transportation, professional setup before your event, and full breakdown at the end. You don't need to lift a finger.
What types of events do you cater to?
We specialise in outdoor weddings, corporate events, private parties, birthday celebrations, quintas and estate events, hotel resort setups, and destination weddings in Portugal.
How far in advance should I book for a wedding?
We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance for weddings, especially between May and September. For smaller events, 2–4 weeks is usually sufficient.
What parasol sizes are available?
We offer 3m, 3.5m, 4m and 5m diameter parasols. The 4m and 5m models are cantilever style (no central pole) — perfect for covering dining tables and lounge areas.
What is the minimum order?
There is no strict minimum, but transport costs are more efficiently spread across larger orders. Contact us for a tailored quote.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Cancellations more than 15 days before the event receive a full refund; 7–15 days: 50% refund; under 7 days: deposit is non-refundable.
